The successful recovery from a disaster begins with sound preparation and planning long before an event occurs. Mordecai Disaster Recovery Consultants work closely with our clients to assess their unique risks and to develop a working disaster plan to address those needs. Upon completion of each disaster plan we coordinate a training program to ensure that all of our client's personnel understand how to implement the disaster plan in the event of a disaster.
We also ensure that the disaster plan includes a schedule for reviewing and revising the plan on an ongoing basis to account for any changes, such as risk or organization, as well as to take into consideration the lessons learned from previous disasters and emergencies.
